The membership and rights of admissions are reserved at Letsmeet which is an advertising platform that provides targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the conventional newspaper classified. For individual member’s personal use, the service helps in advertising as well as promoting the user profiles so that the relevant matches can be identified. The services provided by Letsmeet are considered as prominent services for matchmaking where one seeks to find a life partner or a dating partner. This website can be freely accessed by anyone worldwide. However, Premium, as well as Standard memberships, are also provided by Letsmeet on different properties like search results, chat or call can be promoted.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

To use our website/mobile app service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications ("Site"). The agreement is made in the form of an electronic contract that establishes the terms which bind legally and one must accept the Site use and become its member. ). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the Letsmeet platform service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. You agree to submit your personal identifiable information by using the Service which can be used for collecting, processing, displaying and use the service for providing the Service.

To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.

2. Eligibility

• By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to post the personal information of the member for whom perfect match is being searched.
• Letsmeet site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for finding a true soulmate or partner. We are not responsible for any personal information shared by you intentionally or unintentionally.

3. Term and Termination

This agreement is considered to be valid and effective as long as your site is being used. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to us. Moreover, in case if you terminate yourself from any of the membership you’ve applied with Letsmeet, then you will not get any refund to that membership. We may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial reasons. If we terminate your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Paid Membership terms need to be as per the type of membership availed by the person.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

5. Non-Commercial Use by Members

Letsmeet site can be used by individual members of all ages for promoting as well as advertising their profiles to generate accepts from the relevant matches. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to Letsmeet or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of Letsmeet and should not use our Service or Site for any purpose. Unauthorized or illegal use of the site will be investigated and proper legal actions will also be undertaken without injunctive redress civil redress.

6. Other Terms of Use for Members

1. We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to protect our website/mobile app members from any abuse/misuse as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate /contact/respond/ interact with users at this platform. Letsmeet Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety.
2. For reviewing the activity as well as the status of the user accounts ad for blocking the access to the members based on such review, all the rights of the Letsmeet are reserved in its sole discretion.
3. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from us and members of Letsmeet as long as you are a registered member of this platform, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile transactions via OTP, sent by the Payment Gateway.
4. Moreover, all the rights are reserved by Letsmeet in its discretion for suspending or restricting the free access of the members to its website based on the member's activity review, or status.
5. If you have set any preferences, then this consent might supersede those preferences. For example, any registration made by you with the DND registration (Do Not Disturb) or NCPR (National Customer Preference Register). Along with this, such consent might also extend to messages, calls, or emails. However, such consent is not supposed to be restricted to verification of the phone number, matchmaking enquiries, provision related to the matchmaking ad service. Any person with multiple accounts is prohibited on our site.
6. Letsmeet reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
7. You are required to make sure that any information or personal details provided by you while registering.
8. Letsmeet Members who subscribe to our services hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

7. Proprietary Rights in the Content on Letsmeet

Apart from the information which is associated with the public domain like a profile of a member or permissions associated with the user, you are not allowed to copy, publish, modify, display, or perform any other task on such type of proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Letsmeet without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. Letsmeet reserves the right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

8. Content Posted the Site

1. With respect to the content which you submit or allow to accessible publicly on the site, you also grant us a license to store, use, prepare, and modify such content on the site.
2. This means that you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. We do not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. We solely under any circumstance will be liable in any way for any type of information or content, including, but not restricted to any omissions, or errors in any content. Letsmeet reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, we might ask you to provide any documentary or another form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of Letsmeet platform, we may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.
3. You agree that we have the authentication/permission of deleting any content, profile, listing, or photos that violate the rights or threaten our website/mobile app members.
4. An inductive list is presented below which provides information about the content which is prohibited on the site and the content which is legal or illegal. Proper legal actions would be undertaken and investigation will be carried out further in its sole discretion against the person who is responsible for the violation of this Agreement.
5. Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which:
   • The content which promotes physical harm, racism, etc or offensive to the community any other way.
   • Advocates harassment of another person which includes the transfer of chain letters or junk email.
   • Transmission of information which you already knew is not so true and might promote illegal activities.
   • Promoting an unauthorized or illegal copy of copyright work of another person like offering pirated links or pirated computer programs to another person.
   • Display sexually prohibited material or provides information regarding the activities like buying illegal weapons that also violates the privacy of another person.
   • You must agree to use our website/mobile app services in a manner consistent with any applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
   • You are not allowed to include information about any other member's profile.

9. Your interaction with other Member and Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your advertisement/communications with other Letsmeet Members. Letsmeet platform reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. We also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, we are not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants.

10. Copyright Policy

You are not allowed to distribute reproduce, or post any copyright information without getting prior consent in written form from the owner associated with such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Letsmeet platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person who is authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• A description regarding the information which is considered to be infringed is present on the site.
• Your email address, contact number, and your address.
• You need to provide a written statement that should clear that you are not in favor of any disputed use of any information by the copyright owner.

11. Privacy

Use of the Letsmeet Site and/or the Letsmeet Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and you are required to follow guidelines to protect your privacy.

12. Disclaimers

1. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Letsmeet Service, whether caused by Users, Members.
2. Letsmeet is not responsible for any interruption, omission, deletion, error, delay in transmission or operation of a member or user communication.
3. Moreover, we are also not responsible for any technical or any other malfunction of any telephonic lines or network, computer equipment, servers, computer on-line-systems, etc.
4. Under no circumstances, Letsmeet will be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Letsmeet Site or transmitted to website Members. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other Members. The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by "Letsmeet" website/mobile app is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Letsmeet.
5. Moreover, Letsmeet would not be responsible for any damage or loss to any person arising out of any relations established under the use of Letsmeet service. The Site and the Services are provided "AS-IS" and Letsmeet expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Letsmeet Service. You understand that we make no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.
6. All the liability either criminal or civil which arise out of any content being posed on the site will of that user, third party or member by whom such content has been posted and all its rights are reserved by Letsmeet by which the right to claim from such third party, user, or member that it might suffer as a result of such type of content posted on the site.
7. We do not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

13. Limitation on Liability

In no event will Letsmeet be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Letsmeet Service, even if Letsmeet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Jurisdiction

In case there is any dispute regarding the involvement of the service or site, by using the site, you agree unconditionally that all such differences of disputes will be governed by the laws associated with that respective country only.

15. Indemnity

You completely agree to assure and hold Letsmeet as well as its subsidiaries/agents/officers etc. indemnified for any claim, loss, liability, including the reasonable fee related to the attorney made by the third party because of use of the services in violation with this Agreement.

16. Other

By becoming a Member of the Letsmeet service, you agree to receive certain specific emails from Letsmeet and/or its group sites. You can also subscribe to the services of this site at any time for any reason. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Letsmeet service, contains the entire agreement between you and Letsmeet regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service.
